1. Terms and Conditions
By using Suniyo, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with our usage policies. Any misuse, automation abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service may lead to account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
Since our product is a digital service, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund any previously paid amounts unless covered under our Refund Policy.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our services are delivered digitally. Enhanced audio files and access to our platform are made available instantly upon successful payment confirmation. No physical products are shipped.
4. Privacy & Payment Policy
We collect minimal user information required for account creation and payment processing. Uploaded audio files are processed on our secure servers to perform the enhancement and are not stored long-term. We respect your content's privacy. All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
5. Refund Policy
If you experience a technical failure preventing you from using the service or an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7–10 business days to process if approved.
